Fees & Payments

Permanent Enrolments:
Gumnuts 0-2 years and Echidnas 2-3 years $136.70 per day
Inclusive of nappies, wipes, shared morning tea, sun hat, bed sheets

Wombats 3-5 years $136.70 per day
Inclusive of bed sheets if required, shared morning tea, sun hat, sunscreen

All of our families have access to our full learning program and individual child portfolio through our parent app, OWNA

Families starting care for the first time and intending to claim the government childcare subsidy (CCS) must complete an intent to claim through Services Australia. Click for more information: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/child-care-subsidy

Casual Care bookings:
We are currently FULL with our permanent enrolments for the winter season 2026 and unable to offer casual care. Please check back again for next year!

Centre Hours

Our hours are 8am—5pm Monday through Friday (Casual care hours differ, please see above). Late fees apply for children collected after hours (please see our collection of fees policy).

For casual bookings, our hours are 9am-4pm. 

Immunisation & Medical

In NSW children must be fully immunised to attend care. Before commencing at our service, you will need to upload your child’s current medicare immunisation statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). (We do not accept blue books or doctor’s notes). This can be uploaded when completing your online enrolment form.

To ensure a healthy start in early childhood and ensure we can provide quality care, please list any additional needs, medical conditions or allergies as medical plans will need to be in place before commencing enrolment.
